Improving the experience of patients is high on the Hospital’s agenda and is a firm long term commitment. This year particular areas where improvements can be made will be looked at: hotel services, the physical environment, and how the hospital can better interact with patients and involve them in the development of services.
The hospitals assets and services have to be utilized in a way which maximizes Return on Investment (ROI) for the Hygeia Group. The goal of high asset utilization will be achieved through result focused management, the effective implementing of the HIS and through better utilization of marketing resources.
